Move In / Move Out Cleaning Checklist

Throughout the Property:

  • Remove all cobwebs from ceilings and corners

  • Wash all windows inside (and outside where reachable)

  • Clean all window tracks and frames

  • Clean interior and exterior of all doors

  • Dust and wipe down all baseboards and electrical outlets

  • Clean all light fixtures and ceiling fans

  • Ensure all light switches and fixtures are fingerprint-free

  • Dust and clean all blinds

  • Vacuum all floors, including edges and under heating vents

  • Mop all non-carpeted floors

  • Shampoo carpets (if requested)

  • Clean air vents and replace filters (if requested)
