Commercial Cleaning Checklist

Reception and Office Areas:

  • Dust all horizontal surfaces, including desks, chairs, and other furniture

  • Clean and polish reception desk and lobby furnishings

  • Vacuum all carpeted areas and mats

  • Mop hard-surface floors

  • Wipe and disinfect telephones and headsets

  • Clean computer monitors, keyboards, and mouse devices (as agreed)

  • Dust window blinds and clean interior windows (as agreed)

  • Empty waste bins, add new liners, and dispose of trash

  • Dust artwork and decorative items

Conference Rooms:

  • Dust all surfaces, including conference table, chairs, and presentation equipment

  • Clean whiteboards and glass surfaces

  • Vacuum carpets and tidy up seating areas

  • Straighten chairs and arrange meeting spaces neatly

Breakroom and Kitchen Areas:

  • Wipe down all countertops, tables, and surfaces

  • Clean and sanitize sinks and faucets

  • Wipe down exterior of all appliances

Final Inspection:

  • Perform a walkthrough to ensure all areas are clean, tidy, and presentable

  • Turn off all lights, and secure the area if service is after-hours

  • Leave a service report for client review
